前幾天送修一顆聯強代理的SEAGATE的硬碟.今天領回新品.
發現送修品是保固到2012年,領回的新品保固到2010年.
詢問一下,聯強說"聯強保固前三年 後二年 原廠自已保固"
不知道可以自行修的消費者,後兩年要去哪裡找SEAGATE保固?

先不談聯強保固的問題~
"送修品是保固到2012年,領回的新品保固到2010年" 這句話就大有問題了~不管聯強的保固怎麼做，產品的保固年限藉由維修來加以縮短的做法，其正當性就有待商榷~
