　　在討論使用Jajah的不同網站與PTT BBS中，看到了有人Jajah的免費分鐘數從每週150分鐘，每月500分鐘，變成每週只有30分鐘，每月60分鐘。
　　
　　Jajah的官方網頁不是宣稱只要依循「公平使用原則」(Fair Use Policy)，每週就能有150分鐘，每月500分鐘的免費通話時數嗎？

　　裡面Jajah的服務人員提到了官方網頁現在沒有清楚說明的潛規則：

「please note that after exceeding 120 free minutes, your free call limit will be reduced to 60 min./month, 30 min./week.
　　
　　After performing a payment, the free call limit will be restored to 500 min./month, 150 min./week.」
