若照這講法,也應該說
"如果你是因為只會往西走,老闆才付你薪水,又怎能指望你往東走哩?"

我個人覺得較流暢的中文是～～

當這個人是因為什麼都不懂才被顧用，你還能指望他懂些什麼呢？
