有沒有那個必要?
而且成立境外公司, 還要接受當地法律的管轄, 還有額外的成本
如果自己公司規模龐大如華碩, 技嘉... 那成立境外公司當然無可厚非,
但是如果只是一間小公司... 還要成立境外公司...對財政來說太勉強了
