1.建議使用 iMate Server(最終版本是 v5.12)，可惜原創的韓國公司已於數年前倒閉未再運作，此絕世好軟體也迄無人接手。因之，即使想買正版也無處購買....

2.此軟體允許非商業使用。但有50人限制，且使用時會自動連到該公司網站(於信末插播****)，即使公司已死仍然如此....以致造成使用時網路遲滯，真煩人....亟想重金禮聘"高手"破它一下？

3.至於商業版本，則係按人頭數及其附加功能分級收費，從百人約需萬元到無限制版本的超級貴！其防破解機制似乎又異常複雜以致自 v3.50版本起可說從無真正的破解可用。總之，敝人認為這 2項應是讓它倒閉的主因啦....

4.若閣下欲下載此軟體，在古狗上可查到一堆(尤其是中國的網站)；另外，100%可用的破解(序號)只能用到 v3.11版....但已經是很好用囉(在下目前使用中)。
