剛剛查 Google 找到一個國外的討論串說到一開P2P, MSN 就連不上去
有提到是否是 MSN Live !(軟體) / DSL Modem(硬體) 的問題 ?

There is a limitation in the NAT tables that only allows a fairly low number of concurrent connections (can't remember the value off the top of my head). Once you hit this number of connections (as you probably will with torrent) no other connections can be established which means browsing, MSN etc. will time out trying to establish a connection.
