今天才有空打開, 又有一顆紅暗點, 只是換了位置
客服週末又沒上班了.....
已聯絡DHL來收回第一台LCD

Sorry to hear that the second new monitor is having same issue.
I have discussed your case with my manager and we would like to offer a Dell All in One 810 Printer as gesture of goodwill if you could keep the current monitor as we are unable to send the third new LCD monitor.
Please let me know your decision on this proposal.
If you still would like to cancel this order, I will need to bring this case to higher level for approval.
Regret for the inconveniences.
