Major Depression:
2 weeks of symptoms
Must have five of nine (SIG-EM-CAPS):

1. Sleep Disturbance (Too much or little)
2. Interest – loss of interest in pleasurable activities
3. Guilt – inappropriate guilt or feeling worthless
4. Energy loss
5. Mood is depressed
6. Concentration difficulty or indecisiveness
7. Appetite or weight changes - increase or decrease
8. Psychomotor agitation or retardation (slowing)
9. Suicidal Ideation
