聯合國憲章(第二章)第四條根本就不是你說的內容
你說的是第二條第四項:各會員國在其國際關係上不得使用威脅或武力，或以與聯合國宗旨不符之任何其他方法，侵害任何會員國或國家之領土完整或政治獨立。
文字上的問題就到此為止
那麼你的疑問到底是?
怎麼會與其他條文有衝突呢?
你所舉出的第五十一條、第四十二條規定中，並沒有與上述第二條第四項有衝突啊？
不要把武力侵犯跟防衛行為搞混。
