為了大家拼命說美國警察多狠，我特別去查了美國警察的開槍時機準則，SOP9是關於在公路上對汽車開槍或在警車中對外開槍的規定，大家可以去查一查，討論多到如牛毛，這裡只摘錄SOP9的敘述。

Interim Order 118 s. 1973 prohibits discharging a firearm at, or from, a moving vehicle unless the occupants of the other vehicle are using deadly physical force by means other than the vehicle itself.

大家自己判斷台灣的警察是否按照這個準則應該開槍。其他我不想再說。
