傷者家屬控告官兵殺人未遂
陳父陳賢忠指出，岸巡人員當時多達十六人到場，人力居於優勢，情況並非急迫，且陳志強等人已被制伏在地，使用器械原因已經消滅，但岸巡人員仍違反器械使用條例之規定，用警棍敲擊陳志強的頭部，且打到重傷。
他說，他的兒子和朋友為何與岸巡人員發生爭執，他並不知情，即使陳志強等人有什麼不對，把他們抓起來就好了，豈可把人打傷到住院。
至於遭受傷民眾告訴，官兵強調，絕對是對方先動手，行徑之惡劣、囂張與暴民無異。岸巡則表示會靜候司法調查。

既然說為何不把他們抓起來, 那為何不乖乖束手就擒呢?
在外國, 警察要逮捕你, 你反抗, 警察就有權將你當場格殺!!
而不是打傷送醫...

如果官兵有啥不對,有錄影存證還怕啥? 除非自己心裡有鬼才反抗嘛
