公德心會不會是與國民所得成正比呢?
以前看到其他國定做得好,會反問自已
"為什麼XX能,台灣不能?"
可是現在我覺得,不必再和別人比什麼了,台灣目前的狀況就是不能
~~心若改變，你的態度跟著改變；態度改變，你的習慣跟著改變；習慣改變，你的性格跟著改變；. 性格改變，你的人生跟著改變。共勉之

一個多禮拜前從馬來西亞與新加坡玩回來.
老實說馬來西亞比台灣乾淨多了.
人們也很有禮貌.
我在吉隆坡時看到令人感嘆的一慕.
一台載著竹籃子的卡車奔馳而過,其中一個籃子鬆拖,掉落在大馬路上.
然後有四個青少年剛好路過附近的人行道.其中一個跟其他人說了一下話,看看左右的來車,
跑過去馬路上把籃子抱起來,抱回人行道上,把他放在人行道附近的垃圾桶旁邊後,四個人又
一起走掉.
馬來西亞的GDP 9000美元左右,比台灣低.但是我在馬來西亞,感覺到的是,我在一個比我們
先進的國家的感覺.
不要把人民素養跟所得遷拖...
