I should use a better image host at the begining, a picture tells a thousand words. Yup, the specs are really confusing. It seems like the pdf version is the correct one for now.
The access time varies a bit, The best is 12.7ms, the worst is 14ms or so. HD Tune is alway around 13.7ms. AAM disabled.
Don't need to mind the burst speed. ATA133 is more than enough unless you're doing RAID0.

這麼說來250GB 的比較上，效能幾乎沒什麼提升的了?!
我是只能用IDE 的，不知Burst Speed 有什麼特別的好處...
好像SATA1 跟ATA-133 只差一點點...SATA1 也沒法衝到極限150...
