可是我的 ICH8R 只能到 2TB ? (3hdd 跟 4hdd 都一樣大)

也就是所謂的動態磁碟
這個跟OS有關係
跟你的ICH8R完全沒關係
Windows XP 支援 Raid 0 and Raid 1
Server版本支援 Raid 0, Raid 1, and Raid 5
