為何台灣無法像米國一樣，
動物一樣有法律保障？

有阿~台灣有一個很濫的動物保護法~跟一堆很怕事的動保員~~
而且台灣的動保法的罰責都很輕~頂多就是罰款~對當事人根本起不了嚇阻作用~~
所以類似的虐待動物事件才會一直上演~
