我之前的學生說他以前在某國立技職教書,
教個兩年就不教了.問他原因,他說絕大部分人連最基本的計算(高中等級)都不會,都是在學校
混時間度過的,他不想在那種環境下繼續教導沒有希望的人,所以不教了.
他之前是國內某電子大廠的高階工程師,負責面試與新人採用.
的確,他看到很多技職的學歷就直接刷掉,只看他們眼中的"有競爭力學校"的應徵者.
除非那個人的資歷有特殊的才會考慮.
