9086-8316 Québec Inc. has gone bankrupt on April 2006 for 1,2K.
So, as far as legal action against that company it is imposible.
But if we could link Canadian Distribution Services to the previous owner then it's a different story. But there where orders taken in 2006 that where not honoured. From letters receive and posted in this site it seems the new owner 9127-8572 Qc. Inc. was there in December 2005, so is he hiding behind the other guy bankruptcy.
We are investigating this fact.
Interesting enough the new owner had a receiveble for over 500,000$ .with the previous owner.

新的: 可能是9127-8572 Qc. Inc (還有另一個可能性)在12/08/2005接管DVDSoon;
在9086-8316 Québec Inc.寄出的email中提的"Canadian Distribution Services" 說不是他們接管DVDSoon

到底這前後的老闆中間是不是有關係 還在調查中
如果是 那DVDSoon在今年四月就有財務危機
雖然自從去年八月被凹走些錢後 我就沒在DVDSoon下單
只是一直想看這傢伙到底能撐多久 才一直在注意他的事情
