內建有COMBO機HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4244N一部

使用的燒錄軟體為Nero 6.6.0.17，在燒錄CD-R時候一切正常，當選擇DVD燒錄之後出現以下訊息（我用的是中環DVD+R空白片）

You selected a disc type that is not supported by your hardware drives.
Nero Express can write it only to the image recorder,however this requires
a change of the application settings.

Should Nero Express change the settings for you?
甚至系統就當在這個訊息框，且不斷出現USB拔插的叮咚響聲

而將燒錄器拿到經銷商處測試一切正常，請問有哪位高手知道問題究竟出在哪裡嗎？究竟該設備是哪一處不支援此碟格式?
