請注意你引用的解釋，都說明“斬”有個斷絕、根除的意思
也就是說要用“斬”來形容一個動作起碼要有斬斷的實事或者行爲主體要有斬斷的主觀意圖
而顯然這小孩沒有這種行爲或者意圖，所以用“斬”是不准確的
正確的用法是“砍”

樓上有人解釋了~在香港~砍人就等於斬人~
請因地制宜~對方是香港的記者~用斬這個字並無不妥~
