樓主除了啤酒酵母和安眠藥, 還有吃其他藥丸嗎? 
嗯, 我也有一陣子有吃安眠藥, 很好睡, 應該是我這麼久以來睡得最好的日子, 但是發現太容易上癮, 就戒了。
到現在還一直念念不忘那很好睡的感覺, 很心癢地想吃一顆, 要很大的刻制力把它壓下去。
除了上癮, 我想到的唯一個副作用就是會讓人體質躁熱。
