HAWARD: And what about the one with the leaves. Very nice. So, get funky in the country and get your Fingertips Green with the Fingertips Ice Light Bowl. Cool.
JESSICA: Very cool.
END OF ITEM
HAWARD: This is Fun Fingertips the part of the programme where we show you something that's fun to make and fun to do. And today. We're playing golf. …. Four!
JESSICA: OW! But not a game of golf with your usual hazards of sandy bunkers and long grass. Oh no. This is Fingertips Ghostly Golf where your golf skills are put to the test with spooky webs, skeleton hands, open graves and many more creepy surprises along the way.
HAWARD: The aim of the game is to reach the haunted castle in fewer strokes than your opponent. Now the game may look complicated but you won't be too spooked when we tell you that the game actually starts out as three storage boxes. And what you want to do is cut off the sides as you're going to be using the bases.
JESSICA: Now paint your bases or cover them in some coloured card. Then, on the other side, add two kitchen rolls so when you place it back on your surface, it will be slightly raised. Now to stop your ball from rolling off the edges, you need to add some straws around the sides. Leaving a bit of a gap so you can join it on to your next base. Now for your ghost train railway track, stick down two pieces of string, using some glue. Leaving a narrow enough gap so your ball can be guided right the way across your track.
HAWARD: And now for the creepy decorations. To make your spooky spiders web, just get bits of string and dip them into PVA glue, tip it all the way in there and then - lay out the string - onto some cling film into a spider web shape, just like that , and then leave it to dry….And when it has, paint it and peel it off your cling film. And then, position it onto one of your bases.
