樓上的朋友~他的意思應該是超速超過60公里啦!
例如:速限100km/hr你開160km/hr以上~

那的確是該罰重一點!!!
超速這麼多的話只罰錢不夠吧,
有些人就是嫌錢太多連新買的百萬名車都開出來飆(之前的新聞),
除了罰款之外再判個重刑吧~
