一般來說如果高速公路上限速60的話不是可以寬容到70嗎...
如果說只是不小心超速了5公里那也要罰嗎.......??
雖然說交通安全很重要但我覺得治安問題比較嚴重耶,
多花點時間去拼治安會比較好一點吧,
