基本上汽車駕駛人碰上有人死傷的事故，千萬不要落跑開，除了道義責任外
更關乎刑責的高底及責任的歸屬。
另除非有監視錄帶或有意願作證的證人，否則做交通鑑定之時任憑另一方信口
開河扭屈事實，相對更處於不利的地位。
對本事件的汽車駕駛人只能說一句.....真的真的很倒楣

那位駕駛千不該萬不該就這樣走人~
如果今天他留下來報警等警察來，真要打官司對方還不一定贏∼
一但逃跑~那真的就是百口莫辯了~就算對方錯，那位駕駛也處於很不利的處境了~
