朋友家裡電腦出問題，想請教個位大大的建議：

朋友家裡電腦已3年，作業系統是Win XP，昨日開機時，系統還沒整個ready時，就會re-boot，此情形一直重復，直到把電源關掉。
當電源關掉後再重開，則顯現下列文字：
"During the last boot-up, your system hung for improper frequency combination. Your system is now working in a safe mode. To opitimze the system performance and reliability make sure the frequency conforms to the specification of your CPU, DIMM and other connected devices"
該電腦是使用 ASUS P4S333/C 主機板，CPU是Intel P4 2.0 GHZ，記憶體是DDR 256。
由朋友的描述，可知主機板是設在JumperFree，沒有超頻，Chip Configuration是設在By SPD(Serial Presence Detect)，之前電腦還work fine，最近也沒增加任務硬體。
