我將MMC 9.13安裝完成之後

重新開機，就會出現一個訊息方塊如下



Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
=========================================================
Runtime Error！

Program:C:\Program Files\ATI Multimedia\main\ATIDtct.EXE

This application has requested the Runtime to teminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.


之後不論重新開機幾次，都是出現此訊息方塊，MMC LaunchPad中有些圖示沒有出現
不知是否我在安裝時，沒注意到什麼細節嗎？
