我覺得先換記憶體，
感覺應該會最明顯，
可以換兩條 DDR400 512M。
再來可以考慮找顆二手的 P4，
效能會比你的Celeron好蠻多的。
顯示卡可以換6200或是6600LE，
Power 只要不是雜牌的，350W就夠了。
硬碟可以直接買 160G，因為沒差多少錢...
不過這樣其實幾乎全部換掉了，
所以你也可以考慮組一台新的 :P
