刮花的片子,我申請了replacement,
dvdsoon也寄給我信了,要我登入帳號到replacement的部分。
他要我下載一個pdf檔,pdf內容如下:

去年四月左右,當DVDSoon還是一家正常公司的時候,
我曾經購買了一張DVD-Audio,收到後發現CD內盒是空的,
於是向DVDSoon提出replacement要求。

我把上面的pdf檔案下載、列印、簽名、掃描,然後以Email寄回,
空的CD盒並沒有寄回去。忘了經過多久,DVDSoon補寄一份
給我,這次內裝有片子,但是外面的CD盒破損且有許多擦痕。

再次強調,這是當DVDSoon還是一家正常公司時的經驗。
