是server上面的資料是BIG5的，而非UNICODE的
我以前使用mp3tag的時候有些日文專輯也呈現亂碼
所幸mp3tag這款軟體，既支援freedb protocol v6(unicode)
又可以作字碼的轉換
0.9只能讀取UTF-8的CUE檔???
freedb2未來的版本或許可以作字碼的轉化
