u8526425兄及d12123兄真是很抱歡讓你們為我起了口角爭執，實在對不起。我原本也想用Windows 2000或windows2003來架，可是我沒有這系統，且也沒裝過這兩個版本，怕有問題自己沒法解決平常問題，所以打消這念頭，才用XP來架。

樓主的問題應該先從外部網路 ping 看看 server 有無回應.
再進一步尋找是否設定有誤.

很有可能妳的 ISP 檔 port 80..
把 httpd.conf 的 listen port 改成別的試試看
另外關於 phpMyadmin..
改 config.inc.php 這個檔案
通常改這一行..
$cfg['PmaAbsoluteUri'] = 'http://妳的 address ( 例如 http://localhost/phpmyadmin)' 了嗎?
