2/14(or 2/15) DVDSoon又發了信 (但我沒收到 看來沒有全發) 我倒是有注意到DVDSoon website 當了一陣子
Rebate不會在下單時抵 而是寄送時才計算好放到你的store credits(會在請求的21天內完成-- 天曉得會不會
)
下單時就會直接扣款
如果有取消訂單 也是退到store credits

Our apologies for the confusion concerning our added rebate system. In order to avoid possible billing errors rebates (bullshit) are only applied at the time of shipment. You are not required to place any additional requests to have a rebate applied as it is automated. As we can not guaranty which order will be shipped first we can't subtract the amount at the time of the order confirmation. Once the order is ready to ship the rebates are taken into consideration and the total of the order is recalculated. The amount of money that is left over after rebates are applied is returned to your account in form of a refundable credit. We do ask that you request this amount be refunded through our automated system.
You can view your available rebates in the "My Account" section of your account as well as your available credits. The refund form is also located on the left hand menu and is completed within 21 days of the request. Once again we apologize for the confusion the rebate system has caused and hope that this e-mail has assisted you in better understanding how it works.
