UPDATE NOTE: BTFLASH2 is updated Bootcode Flasher with Binflash V1.25 firmware flasher support. As long as you use the Binflash version older than 1.25 you don't need to use the BTFLASH2 Bootcode Flasher.

他的意思是增加新的NEC Bootcode Flasher(BTFLASH2)，用來對應新版的Binflash(V1.25)
如果你使用的Binflash是舊版的話，則使用BTFLASH即可，無需用到BTFLASH2
