印象中,出庭通知都是會寄信到你家,而且一定是掛號信,確定你有收到,
而且光是他的話就有矛盾,
出庭,只為了做筆錄?
出庭表示所有人證物證已經收集的差不多了,已經進入中後期的司法程序了
你何時有看過在法庭上做筆錄?
筆錄應該是在警察局做的吧
