Thank you for contacting Maxtor support,
Could be driver problem, make sure install driver before plug in that drive, also the device has oxford 912 1394 chipset, make sure your onboard or 1394 card does not have compatible issue with thought.

.....有回答等於沒回答,我信中已經告訴他們我有確實按照說明書來安裝,當然是先裝好driver才裝硬碟的...看來還是自己解決比較快 唉~昏倒...
