跟不尊重智慧財產權的人談智慧財產權, 就好像跟妓女談貞操一樣 . ==> 只是閣下的簽名檔就已經不打自招了 "我抗拒不了腿長的女生~~~" ..... 唉 ! 就算是和妓女談貞操也不必招供出 "我抗拒不了腿長的女生~~~" 這不是自打耳光吧 ???

所以要談智慧財產權之前必須確定有 [足夠的智慧] 來談這件事 . 回去多讀點書準不會錯 !

How do I protect my sighting of Elvis?
Copyright law does not protect sightings. However, copyright law will protect your photo (or other depiction) of your sighting of Elvis. Just send it to us with a Form VA application and the $30 filing fee. No one can lawfully use your photo of your sighting, although someone else may file his own photo of his sighting.
