沒錯∼劇中有句對白，可能大家都沒注意到
但我覺得這是滿重要的一句對話
其中男主角說"我不是同志"，另一個男主角說"我也不是"(這邊用的是Queer，雖然我不知道Queer在英文中是怎樣的含意，或者有沒有其他不好或好的意思)
所以請大家別再把焦點放在同性戀這件事上面了
這說的感情只是不容於當時代社會所允許而已
可能是婚外情，老少配，師生配或不倫戀，甚至人動物戀等等.....
但這些都是人類最原始的本性，感情

這樣的壓抑是很合情理的
當初連載斷背山短篇的紐約客雜誌的評論如此寫到
