小弟最近也遇過這個問題（錄製數位電視的檔案）
目前是用TMPGEnc 3.0 XPress處理，順便也可以處理影像bitrate過高的問題（15000Kbps）

but i had tried tmpgenc 3.0, but still cant fix it but error pop up of gop too long.
