菸到底要賣多貴，才會少抽或戒掉呢？
我只能舉例楓葉國。楓葉國一包菸 CAD$ 8.xx... 以現在匯率來看，一包約 224 台幣。
而楓葉國抽煙人口... 從 1994 年的 20.x%，一直到 2001 年的 21.5%，有增無減。
有用嗎？
只是政府另一個財務來源罷了。

美國這一包萬包路, 也是差不多兩百多塊台幣.
但是會抽的人還是會抽, 不過我來美國之後, 很少看到有人在路上邊走邊抽.
連在學校都是即中在一個吸煙垃圾桶前抽, 地上也沒什麼煙屁股...
