租車是旅客的話可以, 買新車就不大可能, 因為新車一定要有保險和掛零時牌才能上路.
你只是拿護照當遊客進來不大可能.
加油就還好, 87 89 91 93 從89當臺灣的92自己換算到93是臺灣的98吧.
這邊加油站通常都是 87 89跳 93. 每一州不一樣啦, 加州有他們的油裡有加東西, 價錢和規格會不一樣.
RV車可以用租的阿, 不過速度很慢, RV車我在公路上看都開爆慢的, 不曉得是故意的還是限速就是如此. RV車應該是不用在拿專用駕照, 因為牌是掛小卡車牌, 只是你是拿國際駕照, 在租車公司時他們就會審查.
西雅圖到不了安哥拉治吧, 而且有你也要進加拿大開車入關, 應該他們要簡查你的護照和汽車牌照, 我來美國還沒看過有加拿大車牌的進來.
要把車弄回臺灣, 搞不好價錢可以讓你在買一台新車也不一定.
駕照不用擔心, 加州應該很多城像舊金山或LA都會有中文考題啦.
