未來應該會逐漸轉為many core 架構, 少數(一個或兩個)主處理核心配上好幾個單用途核心...
將來只要增加單用途核心即可增強某些特別的效能...
如要增強浮點運算,就多做幾個浮點運算的核心單元上去,主處理核心數量還是固定的,
比起一直增加核心,這種方法會比較有效些,畢竟你只需要一個I/O單元,一個記憶體控制器,
多幾個這類元件對效能的提升應該也有限,不如提升影響效能關鍵元件數量
