I got the same problem with telus few days ago. And I found out that it is acutely caused by the phone.
When I plug my phone in my room, the ADSL will disconnect... I have no idea why. So in your case, every 10-15 min adsl will disconnect, might be the phone too?

Well, my case is a bit different
the DSL line I am using is actually from my landlord
there is 4 ppl using it (my landlord + 3 tentant)
the line runs from the DSL modem>> Router>>us
one of the housemate complain to me the day b4 yesterday about this problem but I didn't have any problem with it on the same day
but the next day (which was yesterday) I had the same problem
(thats odd... not on the same day)
I thought was my problem, so I change to my other computer...still the same
I talk to my landlord today.... but he is busy...
but now...the line seems to be fine.... (odd)
my landlord said he didn't do anything to the line...(odd x2)
anyway... everything is back to normal now...I hope
