真慘, 我媽同事的女兒也是這樣, 不過還不算變植物人, 但是智力和行動能力我想他父母要照顧她一輩子.
他是騎車被一台車擦到摔出去, 又帶小安全帽, 安全帽也飛出去, 之後我媽同事不追究任何責任, 因為在多的錢也換不回心愛的女兒, 一個準備碩士畢業迎接美好人生的漂亮女孩.
因為那個開車的是一個剛出社會的年輕人, 也沒有什麼錢, 我知道的是假如要告, 告贏的話, 他就算沒錢, 但是法庭可以規定從他第一個月的薪水開始扣, 扣到賠完為止.
我覺得假如是惡性的話, 找民事法庭告給他死吧, 假如真的是無意的, 要看個人了.
