弟冒昧地請教...
是否 WinXP 在使用者複製任何字串時, 都自動地把那些字串轉成 Unicode 編碼?
而且 WinXP 之下所儲存的檔案名是否均為 Unicode 字串? 意即使用者無法以 ANSI 字串 (如Big5日文)為儲存檔名?
