I know I have the kind of problem.
Before I realize the meaning of the English sentences.
I always translate those sentences into Chinese.
Since I studid English. It has become a habit for me,and diffcult to improve.
It was not only in reading, but also in listening.
In listening,if the sentences were short,it would not become a problem.
When the sentences were long,it became a big problem to understand the maening in this way.
Does anyone can tell me how to overcome the problem?

A good way would be by reading. Do not try to translate the article when reading. Instead, simple read through it. If there is a article you don't fully understand, just leave it. Read it again after a few days, and then repeat until you get what it's about. Note that you don't have to catch every word to understand the sentences. When you are comfortable with neglecting words are negletable, you will be more efficient in listenting.
