其實我覺得結實比體重重要...
所以小紅不用拘泥在體重上面,
就像我只瘦一公斤,但是瘦在該瘦的地方,看起來就有受3公斤的效果
"看起來"其實遠比"實際體重"重要
btw,我中餐都吃滿滿一碗飯,吃很飽
早中餐吃澱粉類不容易胖,所以早中餐你可以盡情的吃....
早上如果有空我會煮糙米稀飯(其實是電鍋煮的  )
市售的優酪乳糖分含量高(有可能比飲料更高)...喝了可能不瘦反胖...
我同學當初聽說喝優酪乳會變白,狂喝2個月,結果白是真的白了,但是肥了5公斤

我要去買林鳳營出的那個無糖的那款試試,因為要幫助消化用的
我最近倒是中午沒怎麼在吃,晚上又吃一堆,這豈不是反效果了
