我也是很喜歡吃澱粉類...這個習慣真的要慢慢改
我現在大概1星期會有3天晚上不碰澱粉類,一個月下來體重只減一公斤
但是都瘦在肚肚跟大腿 ,也不會像有些人減肥減掉健康
也有人整整一星期完全不碰澱粉類瘦3公斤,不過很傷身
所以晚餐不吃澱粉類算是最輕鬆又能增進健康的減肥方法了

還有要訓練自己多喝水,這才是維持健康最重要的~
如果沒辦法接受白開水,就每天準備一大罐泰山純水(開水也可以)
加半顆檸檬進去就可以了~冰的很好喝歐~~
喝且喝久了反而會覺得飲料充滿人工味,就會自然而然少喝飲料了

對啊健康最重要,沒有必要為了減重而賠掉健康
我現在跑步,雖然看起來有比較瘦,但體重卻一直和我僵持不下
所以我想該是改變飲食習慣的時候了...
現在除了鮮奶和優酪乳外,我已經很少喝其他飲料了,
而水果每天也多少有吃一些,就差飯要少吃和水要多喝了
