小紅~適量喝水比喝醋更重要~
尤其是你常常坐在電腦前,容易忘記上廁所,這才是最傷腎的歐
如果你想喝醋改善體質,建議"百家珍"這個品牌~大賣場買的到,偶爾會有特價
我都喝蘆薈醋,保肝健胃整腸,給你做參考
(注意歐...買回來要稀釋才能喝歐~加點蜂蜜或是檸檬非常的好喝)

另外像百家珍這種沒有經過稀釋的醋,每天喝15~30c.c.就夠了,過多也不好歐~

過3點不吃澱粉類,肉類可食
過8點不吃肉類澱粉類,餓了吃蔬菜或是水果
早中餐一定要吃,而且時間要固定,長期下來可以調整體質
也比較不容易發胖歐~

上班時水我是比較少喝,不想一直跑廁所也是原因之一
過3點不吃澱粉類,那我晚上不就不能吃飯了
這樣我可能要改變一下以米飯為主食的習慣了...這個比較難一點
