將肉類食物比例降到最低(2天吃一次就好,一次的量不要太多)
改吃奶蛋類(豆類不吃)
,不要吃宵夜跟太多點心
常喝水,多運動<-超過30分鐘以上,運動時不喝水不吃東西
小弟都是這樣做的
其中肉類
小弟不吃排餐,改吃自助餐,以青菜為主+蛋類,偶而找有肉絲的菜,早上吃麵包
但不吃漢堡或是土司夾肉排,鮪魚,而是改吃火腿或是起司,生菜土司
吃水餃,餛飩,但少吃肉包;吃丸子少吃香腸

恩,我目前是如果有去運動,一定要求自己至少花一小時的間時,既使只是走路,也要一小時不能停(通常會加上一二十分鐘的慢跑),然後運動完後才喝水,大約一個小時後才吃飯.
肉類我已經盡量克制了,不過因為愛吃,一個星期還是有幾餐是雞腿飯便當
上次看新聞看到有醫生說減肥不成功,是因為沒有對症下藥...
我覺得我好像是代謝不正常,也就是吃下去的熱量,無法快速的消耗
所以我即使吃的不多,也是會胖
