適度的濃度與長時間喝是有益的,但是市售的糖都太多,喝下去反而會因為糖分過多又變酸性
而且糖也會讓人變胖,比較好的喝法是純的醋加水稀釋喝,濃度也不要太高
還有要注意鈣質的吸收
大概就這樣吧

恩,我也覺得太甜了,我想自己去買水果醋來泡,不知道網兄有沒有什麼比較好的牌子可以推薦嗎?
