日立硬碟送修的問題??

前幾天送160g硬碟去日立的桃園轉運站
也按照板上的的方法去做
可是這幾天查rma的結果
Check RMA status

Status check inputs > Not received and not shipped

RMA number: xxxxxxxx

The defective hard disk drive has not been received and the replacement hard disk drive has not been shipped yet. If you have already shipped your defective hard disk drive, please contact your carrier to obtain the shipment tracking delivery information or Proof of Delivery (POD). If you need further assistance contact the technical support center and provide your shipping information.

RMA issued on September 09, 2005
好像是還沒收到~~我上禮拜6就用宅配通寄出了
去查貨物單也9/11下午就由管理員簽收了 今天9/13了
請問各位大大之前送修會有這種情形嗎
如果發生這樣的情形該怎辦呢??
請問桃園日立客服中心的電話是幾號阿??
